Founder and Managing Principal

Nya Marshall is a Detroit-based real estate developer, hospitality entrepreneur, and owner-operator whose work spans adaptive reuse, restaurant development, commercial property ownership, food-service operations, and cultural programming.

Her experience covers the full project life cycle—from acquisition and concept development to construction coordination, leasing, staffing, programming, and daily operations.
